While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Resheq: Netanyahu is the real obstacle to ceasefire proposals

Friday 5-September-2025

DOHA, (PIC)

Senior 'Hamas official 'Izzat Al-Resheq has accused Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu of seeking an endless war, calling him “the real obstacle to ceasefire and prisoner exchange proposals over the Gaza Strip.”

Resheq made the remarks on Thursday in response to US president Donald Trump’s call for Hamas to immediately release all the Israeli captives in Gaza.

“We tell US president Trump that Hamas agreed on August 18 to the mediators’ proposed deal. This deal is basically based on Witkoff’s proposal,” Resheq said on Hamas’s Telegram channel.

“However, Netanyahu has not responded to the proposal until now. We have also expressed readiness for a comprehensive deal through which all the Israeli captives would be released in exchange for an agreed upon number of Palestinian prisoners.”

The Hamas official emphasized that the deal must also result in a ceasefire and the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza.

The ‘unthinkable’ is underway in Gaza City, UNICEF warns

GENEVA, September 5, 2025 (WAFA) –

The UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has urged the international community to do everything possible to prevent catastrophe in Gaza City as Israel ramps up military attacks ahead of a planned full takeover.

Tess Ingram, Communication Manager for UNICEF’s Middle East and North Africa Regional Office, recently spent nine days there, describing it as “a city of fear, flight and funerals.”

“The last refuge for families in the northern Gaza Strip is fast becoming a place where childhood cannot survive,” she said, speaking from the enclave to journalists in New York.

Only 44 out of 92 UNICEF-supported outpatient nutrition treatment centres are still functional, which means thousands of malnourished children lack access to these critical lifelines.

“The 40 incubators between them are running at up to 200 per cent capacity, meaning there are as many as 80 babies fighting for life in overcrowded machines, utterly dependent on generators and medical supplies that may run dry at any moment,” she said.

In Gaza City, Ingram met displaced families on the run once again, children who have been separated from their parents, and mothers whose children either died from starvation or who fear their offspring will be next.

“I’ve spoken to kids in hospital beds, their small bodies shredded by shrapnel,” she said.  “The unthinkable is not looming. It is already here. The escalation is underway.”

Ingram said children in Gaza “are returning to emergency wards or relapsing just weeks after finishing treatment for malnutrition because of the ongoing lack of food, safe water and other essential supplies” in the Gaza Strip.

She affirmed that “without immediate and increased access to food and nutrition treatments, this recurring nightmare will deepen and more children will starve – a fate that is entirely preventable.”

“Our team is doing everything in their power to help children, but we could do far more, reach every child here, if our operations on the ground were enabled at scale and we were well funded,” she said.

WHO Director-General warns of ongoing famine in Gaza, urges Israel to stop the catastrophe

GENEVA, September 5, 2025 (WAFA) –

Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned on Friday of the continued famine in the Gaza Strip, calling on Israel to halt this catastrophe.

Speaking at a press conference at WHO headquarters in Geneva, Tedros stated that the humanitarian catastrophe unfolding in Gaza was entirely preventable and remains within Israel’s ability to bring to an end at any time.

He noted that at least 370 people have died from hunger in Gaza since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, including more than 300 deaths recorded in the past two months alone.

The WHO chief recalled that the United Nations officially declared a state of famine in parts of Gaza on August 22, despite Israel’s continued denial of the existence of famine in the Strip.

He stressed that people in Gaza are dying from hunger while life-saving food remains blocked in nearby trucks, unable to reach those in need.

He emphasized that the use of starvation against civilians as a method of warfare constitutes a war crime under international law, warning that the ongoing situation in Gaza risks normalizing such practices in future conflicts.

UN experts urge General Assembly to act as famine and mass killing escalate in Gaza

GENEVA, September 5, 2025 (WAFA) –

United Nations experts have called for an emergency session of the UN General Assembly in response to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where conditions of famine and mass killing continue to unfold.

In an urgent appeal issued Friday, the experts urged the international community to take immediate action before September 17, the deadline for demanding an end to Israel’s occupation of Palestine. They emphasized the severity of the situation in Gaza, where man-made famine and widespread violations of international law are ongoing.

The experts pointed to the growing number of deaths due to malnutrition, including dozens of children, and noted that over half a million people in Gaza are already experiencing extreme hunger. With the Israeli military advancing into densely populated areas sheltering more than a million displaced Palestinians, the humanitarian emergency has reached unprecedented levels.

They reported that over 2,000 Palestinians have been killed at aid distribution sites in recent months, many of them in incidents involving indiscriminate or targeted gunfire. Numerous individuals have also been forcibly disappeared from these locations.

The experts criticized the obstruction of humanitarian assistance and the deliberate use of hunger as a weapon of war. They raised concerns about the role of Israeli authorities in creating and sustaining these conditions and argued that the existing humanitarian mechanisms have failed catastrophically.

They called on the General Assembly to act under the "Uniting for Peace" framework established by Resolution 377 A(V), urging UN member states to endorse a coordinated peace initiative. They also demanded the immediate opening of all crossings for unrestricted humanitarian aid, under direct UN supervision, and the deployment of emergency aid ships from Mediterranean ports.

Additionally, the experts called for a permanent ceasefire, the release of detainees and hostages, and the establishment of international humanitarian convoys with full authority to manage and monitor access points into Gaza.

They stressed that the UN must fulfill its obligations under international humanitarian law to protect civilians and ensure uninterrupted delivery of life-saving aid. Failure to do so, they warned, would render the international community complicit in serious violations.

19,000 Palestinians detained since start of genocidal war on Gaza, says Prisoner’s Society

RAMALLAH, September 5, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said Friday that Israeli occupation forces have carried out more than 19,000 detentions in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, since the start of the ongoing genocidal war on the Gaza Strip in October 202.

The figures do not include detentions from Gaza, which are estimated to be in the thousands. The data covers those still held and those who were later released.

According to PSS, at least 585 Palestinian women have been detained since the war began, including women from the 1948 territories and the West Bank. This figure does not include women detained from Gaza, estimated to be in the dozens.

It further stated that at least 1,550 Palestinian children have been detained in the West Bank during the same period.

Regarding detainees who have died in custody, PPS confirmed that at least 77 Palestinians have died in Israeli detention since the start of the genocidal war, including 46 from Gaza, whose identities have been confirmed and publicly disclosed.

In addition, dozens of detainees from Gaza have died in Israeli prisons and military camps, yet the occupation authorities have not disclosed their identities or the circumstances of their deaths, as they remain under enforced disappearance.

PPS noted that the bodies of 74 detainees who died during the war remain withheld by Israel, part of a total of 85 detainees whose remains are still being held.

Regarding the number of detainees from Gaza, PPS stated that no clear estimate exists due to Israel’s policy of enforced disappearance. The only official figure released by Israeli prison authorities is 2,662 detainees classified as "unlawful combatants," although rights groups estimate the actual number to be in the thousands.

Journalists Syndicate: Israel killed 15 journalists, including 3 women, during August 2025

RAMALLAH, September 5, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate reported that Israeli occupation forces killed 15 journalists, including 3 female journalists, during August 2025.

The Syndicate’s Freedoms Committee documented a total of 86 violations and crimes against journalists in the West Bank and Gaza Strip throughout the month.

Among the journalists killed were female reporters Marwa Muslim, Mariam Abu Daqqa, and Islam Abed. Nine journalists sustained injuries of varying severity, including cases that led to limb amputations and permanent paralysis.

The deadliest incidents included the killing of six journalists near Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza on August 10, and the killing of five journalists along with the wounding of four others at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis on August 25.

At least six journalists sustained serious injuries from shrapnel and live fire, with some left permanently disabled. Additionally, three relatives of journalists were killed, and four family homes were destroyed.

The report also recorded the detention of journalists Farah Abu Ayash, Muath Amarneh, and Asid Amarneh.

Additionally, six direct assaults involving physical beatings on press teams were reported, along with 33 cases where journalists were prevented from covering events in the West Bank, including in Al-Mughayyir, Beit Dajan, Ramallah, and Nablus.

Three attacks by Israeli colonists against journalists were documented, along with three instances of incitement to kill journalists by Israeli media figures and official social media accounts, which directly contributed to the killing of journalists in Gaza.

UN experts urge UN General Assembly to act to end famine and genocide in Gaza

Friday 5-September-2025

GENEVA, (PIC)

UN experts on Friday called for an emergency meeting of the UN General Assembly. In an urgent appeal, the experts urged the international community to take immediate action before September 17, the deadline for demanding an end to Israel’s occupation of Palestine, in light of the ongoing genocide and man-made famine in Gaza.

They said, “Silence and inaction are not options in the face of mass atrocities. Israel must immediately end its obstruction of safe, effective, and dignified humanitarian aid.”

They stressed that merely lifting these restrictions will not be enough to save the devastated population of Gaza; what is urgently needed is to end Israel’s blockade and declare an immediate ceasefire.

At this critical moment, they affirmed, the world needs the General Assembly, as the UN’s highest body, to assume decisive leadership and act to prevent another catastrophe.

The experts noted that the entire population of Gaza is facing famine under siege as Israeli forces advance toward Gaza City, overcrowded with more than one million displaced Palestinians.

They pointed out that famine has been officially confirmed by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC), and the humanitarian emergency has reached unbearable proportions.

They reported that 361 Palestinians have died from malnutrition, including 130 children, 13 of whom died within the last 24 hours.

They warned that the horrors of death by starvation will worsen if Israel does not stop, as half a million people in Gaza are already suffering from hunger.

They asked, “Have the Israeli authorities become so indifferent and insensitive to these figures, and to the systematic violations of our collective moral and legal obligations?”

The experts described the famine in Gaza deliberately engineered and prolonged by Israel, and facilitated by private and security actors, as an insult to humanity.

They stressed that “it is neither possible nor permissible to allow a state responsible for creating conditions of genocide aimed at destroying Palestinians in Gaza as a group by starving them, to control access to, distribution of, or supervision over humanitarian aid.”

They added that under international humanitarian law, occupying powers have binding obligations to ensure the survival of the population under their control, precisely what Israel is failing to do.

The experts emphasized that Israel’s deliberate obstruction of food, water, medicine, shelter, and other relief, exacerbated by deadly attacks on civilians (including women and children), gatherings at aid distribution points, and repeated forced displacement, has turned hunger into a weapon of war.

They demanded that Israel be held accountable and no longer given excuses to evade responsibility.

They noted that over 2,000 Palestinians have been killed at distribution sites in recent months, 70% of them in areas at or near the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), often in incidents involving indiscriminate or targeted gunfire. Many Palestinians have also been forcibly disappeared from distribution sites.

They said this reality demonstrates that existing mechanisms have failed catastrophically, and reliance on the GHF represents a flagrant violation of Article 59 of the Fourth Geneva Convention and constitutes international crimes. Therefore, the General Assembly must act without delay to halt this killing mechanism.

The experts urged the General Assembly to convene an emergency session to call on member states to act under the “Uniting for Peace” framework in line with General Assembly Resolution 377 (V), and to recommend a peace process.

They demanded that all Gaza crossings be opened for unrestricted humanitarian access under direct UN supervision, the immediate suspension of failed and dangerous mechanisms, including those that have led to mass killings at aid distribution sites and urged member states with Mediterranean ports to urgently deploy emergency humanitarian ships.

They also called for an authorization of international humanitarian convoys led by the UN, with full authority to coordinate and oversee all crossings into Gaza.

The experts further demanded an immediate and permanent ceasefire, the release of Palestinian detainees and “hostages,” stressing that “the situation in Gaza is unbearable.”

Finally, they underscored that the General Assembly must uphold the UN duty to respect international humanitarian law, protect civilians, and ensure the delivery of life-saving aid to Gaza’s population without obstruction or delay. Anything less would make the international community complicit in these grave violations.

Gaza death toll surges to 64,300, casualties to 154,525

GAZA, September 5, 2025 (WAFA, PIC) –

At least 69 Palestinians were killed and 422 others were injured in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocide in the region, according to medical sources.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 64,300 fatalities, with an additional 162,005 people sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.

Hospitals also recorded three additional deaths from starvation and severe malnutrition in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of starvation-related fatalities in the region to 376, including 134 children.

Emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the health authorities.

The Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.

Israeli attacks on Gaza continue to kill, injure scores of civilians

Friday 5-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation army continued, last night and on Friday, to carry out intensive deadly strikes and target civilians in different areas of the Gaza Strip.

According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and tents and displace families across the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine.

According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including a strike on a civilian car that killed four people in Dair El-Bala'h City in central Gaza.

Casualties, including martyrs, were reported last night following an Israeli airstrike on a house sheltering dozens of displaced people in Gaza City’s Beer El-Naj’ah area.

An Israeli warplane also bombed an apartment in Gaza City’s Al-Rimal neighborhood, killing one citizen and injuring others.

Another attack on a tent sheltering a displaced family in the same neighborhood of Gaza City killed two people and injured others.

The Israeli army carried out more strikes on tents and homes in separate areas of Gaza City, killing and injuring several people.

The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women.

Meanwhile, dozens of people were martyred or injured in Israeli attacks on aid seekers near distribution points in separate areas of Gaza.

Three people were also proclaimed dead due to starvation and malnutrition, while other Gazans were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in recent attacks, according to Gaza’s health ministry today.

Accordingly, a total of 11,768 people have been killed and 49,964 others have been injured since the Israeli occupation army resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on March 18, 2025.

The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to 64,300 martyrs, including 2,362 aid seekers, the health ministry said.

The ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 162,005 people, including 17,434 aid seekers.

The ministry also said that Gaza’s hospitals recorded three new fatalities in the past 24 hours due to starvation and malnutrition, bringing the death toll from the famine to 373 victims, including 134 children.

Three Palestinians die from starvation in Gaza as malnutrition death toll rises to 376

GAZA, September 5, 2025 (WAFA) –

Three more Palestinians have died in the past 24 hours due to starvation and severe malnutrition, according to medical sources in hospitals across the Gaza Strip.

These latest deaths bring the total number of starvation-related fatalities in the besieged enclave to 376, including 134 children. Since the official declaration of famine in Gaza by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) on August 22, 98 deaths have been recorded, among them 19 children.

The IPC, a global food security classification system involving UN agencies, has confirmed that famine is already occurring in Gaza Governorate and is expected to spread to Dair El-Bala'h and Khan Younus by the end of September.

The IPC noted that over half a million people in Gaza are facing catastrophic conditions—Phase 5 of the classification—which is characterized by extreme hunger, widespread mortality, critical levels of acute malnutrition, and total depletion of livelihood assets.

Civil defense: IOFs razed Rafa'h and northern Gaza to the ground

Friday 5-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The spokesman for Gaza’s Civil Defense, Ma'hmoud Basal, said on Thursday evening that the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) have completely destroyed Rafa'h and northern Gaza.

In a televised interview, Basal revealed that the IOF also wiped out the entire southern area of Gaza City’s Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, using booby-trapped robots, bulldozers, and relentless shelling to flatten homes.

He also pointed to the large-scale destruction in the eastern districts of Gaza City, where buildings were leveled and rubble covered the streets. Photos and videos circulating online showed the extent of devastation in Al-Zaytoun, with entire blocks reduced to debris.

Basal recalled that in late August, he had reported the IOFs demolition of more than 1,500 buildings in Al-Zaytoun since August 6. Jabalya, meanwhile, has been subjected to ongoing bombardment and repeated explosions carried out by these robotic devices.

He confirmed that the southern section of Al-Zaytoun has been completely leveled, leaving no structures standing, while nearly 80 percent of the neighborhood’s residents have been displaced. The IOFs, he said, are carrying out seven detonations per day with explosive-laden robots, supported by heavy machinery and quadcopter drones dropping bombs on rooftops, escalating the destruction.

Since early August, the IOFs had launched a sweeping assault on Al-Zaytoun involving house demolitions with booby-trapped robots, artillery barrages, random gunfire, and forced displacement, all part of what Basal described as an Israeli plan to reoccupy what remains of Gaza.

For the 699th consecutive day, Israel, with full backing from the US, has continued its genocide against civilians and displaced families in the besieged enclave, committing war crimes and atrocities on a daily basis.

Gaza is facing an increasingly dangerous military escalation, particularly in its northern and eastern areas, where intense airstrikes and robotic demolitions have triggered waves of mass displacement toward the city’s western districts.

On Thursday morning, Israeli warplanes launched a series of raids on Gaza City, targeting multiple areas, including a site east of Sheikh Radwan pool in the city’s northeast.

Illegal Israeli settler violence sweeps Al-Khaleel (Hebron) and Nablus under IOFs protection

Friday 5-September-2025

NABLUS, (PIC)

Illegal Israeli settlers, backed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs), carried out widespread assaults Friday morning in the West Bank cities of Nablus and Al-Khaleel (Hebron) .

In Al-Khaleel (Hebron), several Palestinians, including elderly residents and a three-month-old infant, suffered injuries ranging from fractures and bruises to stab wounds after settlers attacked Khillet El-Dhab'a village in Masafir Yatta, under IOF protection.

Local resident Jabir Dababsa said that settlers from nearby outposts stormed the village, assaulting residents with sharp tools. Among the injured were elderly couple Ali and Amina Al-Dababsa, both of whom sustained head fractures and wounds. Abbas al-Dababseh was also stabbed and injured, while his wife suffered bruises and fractures. Their infant daughter was poisoned by toxic gas sprayed by settlers. Their sons Qutayba and 'Izzuddeen were also wounded, while another relative, Hani Dababsa, sustained fractures and stab injuries.

Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamra reported additional injuries among villagers, many of whom were treated on site. He added that settlers vandalized homes, smashing water tanks and destroying solar panels that provide electricity to the community. Makhamra urged international organizations and human rights groups to intervene to stop IOF-backed settler assaults in Masafir Yatta.

In Nablus, settlers raided a nursery in the village of Yetma at dawn, uprooting trees and vandalizing its contents, causing extensive damage.

Local sources noted that the attack was part of a broader escalation targeting Yetma and surrounding villages.

In recent days, settlers have also pressed ahead with carving out a new settlement road that would seize around 500 dunums of land from Dair Abu Mish'al village northwest of Ramallah.

For the fourth consecutive day, settlers continued work on the road in the area known as Qattou', while blocking the western entrance of Dair Jareer village north of Ramallah.

Settler groups also stormed Al-Khal area of the village, preventing Palestinians from passing through.

According to Palestinian monitoring groups, settlers carried out 431 assaults across the West Bank last month alone, with the highest numbers recorded in Ramallah (115), Nablus (77), and al-Khalil (69). Jerusalem and Jericho each witnessed 40 settler attacks. These assaults led to the martyrdom of two Palestinians in the villages of 'Aqraba and Douma near Nablus: Ma'een Sob'hi Diriya and Thameen Khaleel Dawabsha.

Palestinian forced to self-demolish his home in Jerusalem's Shu'fat refugee camp

JERUSALEM, September 5, 2025 (WAFA) –

A Palestinian from Shu'fat refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem, was forced today to demolish his own home after receiving a demolition order from the Israeli municipality of West Jerusalem, citing unpermitted construction as a pretext.

According to the Jerusalem Governorate, resident Abdallah Hawwas was forced today to self-demolish two apartments that made up an entire floor of a residential building.

The house was home to seven people.

Hawwas was forced to rent machinery to carry out the demolition himself, fearing that Israeli bulldozers would cause damage to the remaining floors. As a result, he incurred an estimated cost of 30,000 shekels. Israeli authorities had given Hawwas a deadline until next Sunday to carry out the demolition himself, or face the forcible demolition by the municipality along with hefty fines.

Under the pretext of building without a permit, which is rarely granted to Palestinians in the occupied city, the Israeli municipality has been demolishing or forcing Palestinians to demolish their own houses as part of a policy aimed at restricting Palestinian expansion and growth in occupied Jerusalem.

Palestinians in East Jerusalem find themselves compelled to tear down their homes after receiving a demolition order to avoid paying exorbitant costs to the Israeli municipality if it carries out the demolition.

Palestinians say they are forced to build without permits because the Israeli municipality discriminates against them and refuses to issue permits or places unreasonable conditions that they cannot afford to issue a permit.

At the same time, thousands of housing units are built for Jewish settlers in the city on appropriated Palestinian lands and are made easily accessible to them.

'Hamas calls for necessarily taking deterrent measures against Israel

Friday 5-September-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement has reiterated its call for the international community, Arab and Islamic states, and the UN, including the Security Council, to assume their responsibilities towards the Gaza people, curb the ongoing Israeli genocide against them, and hold Israeli leaders accountable for their crimes against humanity.

“Statements condemning the aggression and the war of genocide and starvation are no longer sufficient. Punitive and deterrent measures must be taken against the Israeli occupation,” 'Hamas stressed in a statement on Friday.

“The brutal genocidal war being waged by the fascist occupation regime against innocent civilians and infrastructure in the Gaza Strip has entered its 700th day, as its terrorist army continues to commit appalling massacres that have left tens of thousands of people dead, injured or missing, most of them are children and women,” Hamas said.

“For 700 days, the world has been watching clearly the most horrific genocide known in modern history. During this time, the government of war criminal Netanyahu has violated all international laws and humanitarian norms designed to protect civilians during wars. It has openly expressed its intent to annihilate and displace our people through massacres, starvation, siege, and deprivation of all life essentials,” the Movement added.

'Hamas held the US administration responsible for the Israeli regime’s ongoing genocidal crimes in Gaza, citing its role in providing political and military support for the war on Gaza.

It condemned the US administration for blocking UN efforts to stop Israel’s crimes in Gaza and ensure accountability for the perpetrators.

The Movement applauded the widespread popular solidarity campaigns in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza, with special recognition for the Global Sumoud Flotilla, a historic international maritime initiative aimed at breaking the blockade and delivering life-saving aid.

NICOSIA, September 5, 2025, WAFA –

The Arab Republic of Egypt renewed its rejection of the ongoing genocide being committed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip and of the forced displacement of the Palestinian people.

Egyptian Foreign Minister, Badr Abdul 'Aaty told reporters in Nicosia that, “Displacement is not an option and it is a red line for Egypt and we will not allow it to happen."

“Displacement means liquidation and the end of the Palestinian cause, and there is no legal or moral or ethical ground to evict people from their homeland," he said.

He said, "What is happening on the ground is far beyond imagination. There is a genocide in motion there, mass killing of civilians, artificial starvation created by the Israelis.”

Qatar rejects Netanyahu’s statements on Palestinian displacement

DOHA, September 5, 2025, WAFA –

The State of Qatar condemned the statements made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding his desire to displace Palestinians.

In a statement issued today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar considered these statements an extension of the Israeli occupation’s ongoing policy of violating the rights of the brotherly Palestinian people, reflecting its contempt for international laws and conventions, and exposing its malicious attempts to undermine any prospects for peace, particularly the two-state solution.

Qatar affirmed that the policy of collective punishment practiced by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people—including the ongoing brutal genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, its crimes in the West Bank, its violations of religious sanctities, its plans to expand settlements and Judaize Jerusalem, and its restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid to civilians—will not succeed in forcing the Palestinian people to leave their land or in undermining their legitimate rights.

The Ministry stressed the urgent need for the international community to stand firmly against the extremist and provocative policies of the Israeli occupation, in order to prevent the cycle of violence from persisting in the region and spreading to the world.

Qatar also reiterated that the sole guarantee for achieving lasting peace in the Middle East lies in reaching a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian cause, in accordance with the Arab Peace Initiative and the two-state solution, which guarantees the establishment of an independent and viable State of Palestine on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, and ensures the Palestinian people enjoy their inalienable rights.

Jordan denounces remarks on Palestinian displacement by extremist Israeli officials

AMMAN, September 5, 2025 (WAFA) -

The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned, in the strongest terms, the hostile and unacceptable statements issued by extremists within the Israeli government regarding the displacement of Palestinians from their land, the latest of which was the Israeli Prime Minister's statement regarding the displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip through the Rafa'h crossing, as reported by Jordan’s Petra news agency.

“The Ministry believes that this is a clear violation of both international humanitarian law and international law, as well as a clear violation of the Palestinian people's inalienable right to stay on their land and create their own independent, sovereign Palestinian state on June 4, 1967 lines, with East Jerusalem as its capital.”

The Ministry Spokesperson, Fuad El-Majali, reiterated the Kingdom's categorical denunciation and rejection of the current radical Israeli actions and declarations that seek to forcefully impose new realities on the Palestinian people.

He stressed that the goal of these actions is to utilize famine and embargo to forcefully remove Palestinians from their land. These actions are a part of Israel's ongoing transgressions of international law and UN resolutions, as well as its systematic policies directed at the Palestinian presence.

El-Majali reaffirmed Jordan's steadfast opposition to the expulsion of Palestinians from their land, calling it a war crime that the Kingdom will confront with all its capabilities.

He reaffirmed Jordan's backing for its brothers in the Arab Republic of Egypt, who oppose the attempt to eradicate the Palestinian cause and the expulsion of Palestinians from Gaza.

El-Majali urged the international community to fulfill its moral and legal obligations and force Israel and its radical government to stop its war on Gaza and its officials' divisive remarks. In order to achieve a fair and comprehensive peace that ensures security and stability in the region, he also urged the international community to give the Palestinian people the protection they need and to uphold their legitimate rights to create an independent, sovereign state on their own territory.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
